Farah Adilah Rahman

Farah founded Steady Compass in 2013 after eight years in strategy consulting in Singapore, wanting to bring the same rigour to Malaysian SMEs at a price they could actually afford.

She leads the firm's strategy and business-planning practice, and sits in on every engagement in its first two weeks — she believes a consultant who has not met the factory floor has not understood the business.

A Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants Malaysia, she also serves on the advisory panel of two family-owned manufacturing groups.
