Chong Wei Liang

Wei Liang spent a decade in manufacturing operations before joining Steady Compass in 2016, including six years running a production line for a regional consumer-goods group.

He leads the firm's operations and performance practice, and is usually the consultant clients see walking the factory floor with a stopwatch rather than sitting in the boardroom.

He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led efficiency programmes across food manufacturing, furniture and electronics assembly.
