How long does a typical engagement run?
Most run 6 to 16 weeks depending on scope, from a focused diagnostic to a full operating-model redesign.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Every engagement is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before we review any of your numbers.
Do you work outside Klang Valley?
Yes — we advise clients across Peninsular Malaysia and support East Malaysia engagements remotely with periodic site visits.
